Mindful Minutes
Our Mindful Minutes are 6m30 guided meditations designed to help kids develop lifelong mindfulness skills in a simple and engaging way. Each Mindful Minute focuses on a specific theme and is crafted to be accessible for all learners. Our Mindful Minutes begin and end with the breath and a particular focus:

These meditations are brief enough to fit seamlessly into the school day while still making a meaningful impact on students' well-being.

Each Mindful Minute is accompanied by a Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) activity, Mindful Minutes provide a practical, research-backed approach to helping children navigate their emotions, reduce stress, and improve focus in both life and the classroom.
All of our meditations aim to support and encourage a greater sense of creativity, imagination, mindfulness, self-regulation and a sense of wellbeing. Students are guided to inquire how they are feeling in their bodies, hearts and minds. Our Mindful Minutes are imagination focused, where students are guided to visualize various settings and plots. All are reflective in nature and calming to the body, nervous system, mind and breath.
